Lesson Four: Everyday Brings You New Inspiration and Beauty

You will never understand what it is like to look through my eyes, but I tend to find interest and beauty in the most mundane and everyday of objects. Luckily, I am not the only one. As a fellow out of the box thinker, they found that the following deserved further consideration. It's beauty is bright, unharnessed, and reminiscent of the sun bursts observed from behind the lens of a telescope.

Take a look at this article at CraftyStylish to find out. While you're over there, check out the rest of their site, it has some amazing ideas!

Lesson Three Thank God and Find Your Way

I admit it, it's hard to remember that every moment is beautiful. It's difficult to find my way out of
the dark times, and to get out of my uninspired ruts. But I continue to do it. There is so much that I have left in front of me, so many stops to make along my path, not to mention the amazing journey ahead. I wouldn't be going anywhere if it wasn't for God. The same is true for all of us. So thank Him before you try to figure things out. You will find your way much easier.

Today I have found beauty in the few minutes  I spent with my mom. We aren't especially close, but every once in awhile we can bridge the gap and connect for a few seconds. Knowing where you came from is a small part of making it to where you want to be.

Lesson 2: Find New Inspiration

True Inspiration

I think we let ourselves become trapped in our own lives and limitations too often. We all have the ability to get beyond this and create the life that we want so much. Take Amy's beautiful story as your inspiration to try again to look at your life in a new way.

Jeremiah 29:11 -
'For I know the plans that I have for you,' declares the LORD, 'plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope.

Lesson One

Beauty is rarely straight forward, and sometimes your eyes will deceive you.

Though I should imagine that everyone knows the legend that Mother Teresa left behind, you may not know the story that came before her beautiful legacy. The letters from her dark times were aired in Time magazine, along with this image.

The beauty of this image is known even to those who may not know her face. Though her wrinkles and stark appearance bemoan a poor and unembellished woman who has seen many years, that is the farthest from the truth. This, the Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta, found her name from the pure love that she radiated. Her soft smile, deeply caring eyes, and every line on her face a physical memory of a life she touched, none of these can match the beautiful things she accomplished.

Making Life Beautiful

It often strikes me how disenchanting day to day life has become. I believe facts and growing up are only one piece of the puzzle to a fulfilling life. We're losing the magic that there used to be. Constantly being connected to each other; racing to be better in the eyes of others...We've lost track of ourselves;  the beauty of the world around us. So this blog is going to be my diary of the beautful things we overlook in the world.

I want to inspire you, to enhance your perception of what is pleasing,  to take you beyond mere aesthetics to a deeper sensation you will realize trump those linear qualifications modern day has assigned to 'beauty'.

So, here we are. The Beginning.
